All orders to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Guernsey, Jersey and other Channel Islands) are posted via a next day delivery, tracked service (DPD).
DPD will text you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour time slot.
Tracking information is provided via email on the day of dispatch. A signature is required upon delivery of the parcel.
To be eligible for next day delivery, orders should be placed before 3PM. Orders placed before 3PM are processed and dispatched the same working day. If your order is placed after 3PM, the parcel will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
